If you are looking at or riding an Enforcer when you run this console command, it will reset all existing blink cooldowns for the Enforcer (its teleport ability). If you are looking at or riding a Mek, it will reset its fuel and heat levels to 100% and 0, respectively.

This is the only way to use the Dino Reset console command. If your target (or the dino you are riding) is an Enforcer, all blink cooldowns will be cleared. If your target (or the dino you are riding) is a Mek, it will reset fuel to 100% and heat to 0.
