The Ark IDs App uses a third party analytics tool (Google Analytics) to store information related to your interaction with the app. For example, taps, clicks, scrolling behaviour and time on the app. The information we collect is used to better understand the effectiveness of our app's features, measure audience size and characteristics, discover and diagnose problems, and improve user experience. Your Course Location (a rough location with lower resolution than a latitude and longitude with three or more decimal places) and device information (device brand, model, technical specification and operating system) is assigned to this data.
