This is a toggle command. Using this command while looking at or riding a Mek will disable the upkeep system (i.e. health and fuel is no longer subtracted every minute). Running it again whilst riding or looking at a Mek you've disabled it on will re-enable it.

This is the only way to use the Dino ToggleUpkeep console command. After running this command, the Mek you are looking at or riding (target) will have their upkeep system disabled. If your target Mek has already has this command applied to them, running this command it will toggle it back on.
