This command sets the percentage the Enforcer can blink forwards -- the percentage should be given as a decimal 0.5 = 50%, 0.34 = 34%. Affects the Enforcer that you are currently riding, or the Enforcer that you are looking at (i.e. the enforcer your crosshair is over).
The syntax for this Ark admin command is as follows:
