The syntax for this Ark admin command is as follows:
UE4 ID Type: UE4 ID | The player ID (UE4) you wish to give experience to. |

Amount Type: Number | The amount of experience you wish to give to the player. |
From Tribe Type: Boolean | Specify 'true' here to add as-if experience came from tribe, 'false' to add as-if it did not come from a tribe. |
Prevent Sharing With Tribe Type: Boolean | Specify 'true' here to not share the experience with the player's tribe. Specify 'false' to share with player's tribe. |

The above console command would give 10 experience to the player with UE4 ID 129475024. The "From Tribe" argument is set to 0 (false), meaning it would not be added as-if it was from a tribe, and the "Prevent Sharing with Tribe" argument is set to true (1) meaning it would not be shared with the player's tribe.
This command is similar to the first example, but instead of 10 experience, it would give the player 100. And as the "Prevent Sharing with Tribe" argument is set to false (0), the experience would be shared with the player's tribe.
