This command levels up the specified stat by the specified amount for the player or dinosaur that your crosshair is over. See arguments for a list of all of the stat IDs.
The syntax for this Ark admin command is as follows:
| Stat ID Type: Stat ID | The ID of the stat you wish to level up for the player/dino under your crosshair. Stat IDs:

| Levels Type: Number | The amount of levels you wish to increase the stat by - e.g. '1' (without quotes) to level up 1 level. |
